Student visa for Australian citizen
Alice: Dear Sir or Madam, I am an Australian citizen, but I am currently in Europe. I would like to study in Russia and therefore I will need a Russian student visa. So, my question is: instead of returning to Australia to apply for a student visa - can I apply for a student visa to the Russian embassy in London? Although I do not have a visa to stay in the UK, as an Australian citizen I can spend 6 months in the UK without needing a UK visa. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Kind regards, Alice
